HelpOcean - easier to improve collectively

"The Ceneo Service has recently undergone significant change, that is why we always stayed in touch with our users and we listened to their views on the changes and the implemented solutions. HelpOcean proved to be an excellent tool for fast communication, hence some of the ideas of our users are already used in practice on Ceneo.pl, and others are implemented or analysed. The possibility of categorizing and grouping suggestions helped to more easily assign them to appropriate departments within the company, so that no question shall remain unanswered.
